Exchanges for Non-Defective Parts

Contact us within 30 days of purchase.
A RGA # will be issued at this time.
There will be no restocking fee for an exchange.
The customer will pay all shipping charges.
Product must come back in original manufactures packaging undamaged.

Exchanges for Defective Parts not including Transmission or Transfer Cases. But while under warranty defective transmission will be repaired.

Contact us within 30 days of purchase.
A RGA # and call tag will be issued to pick up the product.

A replacement part will be sent out as soon as the item is received and inspected for said defect.
We will not expedite any shipping during this process. Ground shipping service is used.
Product must come back in original manufactures packaging undamaged.

Return for Refund of a Part

Contact us within 30 days of purchase.
An RGA # will be issued at this time, No returns without an RGA.

A refund will be given after parts are returned.
The customer will pay all shipping charges, shipping will not be refunded.

Product must come back in the original manufactures packaging undamaged and uninstalled.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. This includes conversion kits and beadlock wheels.

Transmission or Transfer Cases
Transmission or Transfer Cases that are purchased  are non-refundable. If under warranty the defective transmission will be repaired and the transmission will be returned to customer.
