Optimized gearing conversions require adapters, alternate internal trans parts, various oddball brackets, lubricants, gaskets, sealants, unusual or hard to get hardware, and other oddball things. We will do the research, determine what adapters, clutch components, torque converters, lubricants, brackets, and such are needed for your application. The fine print: As for "is it 100% Bolt-in", yes, all the components should bolt together fine. However, I would never consider or assume any installation of a transmission that did not come in the vehicle was going to be 100% bolt in: 1. Might work out that way. 2. Most cases have a few issues you will need to figure out on the fly. 3. Occasionally there is some issue we did not anticipate that turns out to be a hassle. That is rare. In any event, our customer service is always available to help you resolve whatever issues may arise in your conversion. Our Tech Support is generally quite a bit more knowledgeable than the average Joe you get on the line! Broad Selection of gearing and adapter productsWe have available an extremely broad selection of adapter products. We are primary distributors for Advance Adapters. We also carry Novak Adapter products, Kennedy adapters and many others. We offer NEW NV4500 and NV3550 transmissions at exceptional pricing. We carry a full line of popular remanufactured manual transmissions and transfer cases. We can supply custom driveshafts as needed in such conversions. We build custom axles assemblies specifically designed for the application. We have also made it priority to be knowledgeable about and have available various dual transfer case systems, The Klune-V Extreme Underdrive, Gear Vendors and US Gear Overdrives, Ranger Overdrive/gearsplitters; Marlin Crawler products, Rock Boxes, Atlas Transfer cases and other such items. We are NOT a Jeep shop, or install shop of any kindThus, it is our aim to counsel and to provide to 4 wheelers the knowledge and parts they need to build optimal gearing systems in their project vehicles. Jeep shop owners, while often very knowledgeable, do not specialize in gearing and DO specialize in getting people into their shops to have work done on the vehicles directly. Turnkey system installationWe do in many instances work with install shops, and even have several we have worked with a lot and can sub install work to for customers desiring our knowledge and engineering of the system while wanting a complete turnkey install done professionally. Recommendations regarding shops to do custom work for youI want to make a general observation, and like all general observations, there will be exceptions. However: An Auto repair business and a custom fabrication or 4WD shop are two very different businesses. The repair business is involved in diagnosis and repair of stock vehicles. They quote and work jobs out of references such as MOTOR'S MANUAL. Custom 4x4 and fab shops specializing in doing things to vehicles that DID NOT come that way from the factory. I know, there are a lot of guys competent to do either, but rarely do I see one shop that operates efficiently or well doing one when it is set up primarily to do the other. thus: TAKE CUSTOM WORK TO A SHOP THAT MAKES IT THEIR PRIMARY BUSINESS TO DO CUSTOM WORK. **If you cannot find the job listed in "MOTOR'S MANUAL" consider it custom work**.
Pricing PolicyWe are kind of vague as to pricing in this website. We do offer some general package pricing guide lines to get an idea what various systems and options are likely to end up costing, however the specific components are often below the minimum prices we are allowed to advertise at, so we don’t advertise these prices. Suffice to say we are very competitive, and are highly motivated to earn your business.
